I had tried most everything over the past three years for my scoliosis. Egoscue has been the most helpful by far. While doing these exercises, I can feel my spine adjusting into alignment from my tailbone up to my neck. The daily routine is not hard to do and is actually soothing after years of incorrect posture and pain. Antje is a skilled assessor and tailors the routine to each person's unique situation. I am very grateful for her excellent work and dedication to helping others.
